Salesforce.com & Google Maps
Arrowpointe has developed a mash-up of Salesforce.com and Google Maps that can be run from your own web servers. This solution is recommended if you wish to publish maps outside of Salesforce.com, but read information from Salesforce.com or another database platform. If you are looking to allow your Salesforce users the ability to map their data within the Salesforce application, we recommend you look at Arrowpointe Maps, our AppExchange application first.
If you are looking for a custom solution, Arrowpointe has the experience and know-how to produce custom maps tailored to your organization. For example, you could…
- Display your customers on a map on your website.
- Add a “locator” solution to your website that allows users to find your store locations, for example.
- Display the data with a different color marker based upon a value in your database (e.g. store fronts in red and kiosk locations in blue)
- Create a customized map tailored to your very specific requirments
- Much more…
