This page answers some frequently asked questions Arrowpointe Maps subscribers might have regarding their move to Geopointe.

When will Geopointe be available?
Geopointe is now available on the AppExchange.

How do I upgrade?
You can install it from the AppExchange now. Arrowpointe Maps and Geopointe are two completely separate applications. You can install/setup Geopointe without affecting any of your Arrowpointe Maps functionality. Help documentation is available here. Many concepts carry over from Arrowpointe Maps to Geopointe, so it should be easy to transition.

Do I have to upgrade?
Our goal is to get you off the old and onto the new as quickly as possible. However, we understand you might need to fit it into your project management schedules. We’ll work with you on timing if you have a unique situation and will be fair to you and your users. However, the migration to Geopointe does need to happen and, at some point this year, we’ll be sunsetting support of the Arrowpointe Maps application (some exceptions may apply).

Do I have to pay to upgrade to Geopointe?
No. There is no financial impact until your existing subscription is up for renewal. For all paying customers, we will update your Geopointe license and match it’s expiration date and user count with that of your current Arrowpointe Maps subscription. The license transfer will only be for MapQuest support, not Google Maps. At your next renewal, the only app we will offer is Geopointe and you can decide at that time if you want to continue.
