What about vCard has changed?
The older versions (1.0 – 1.4.1) linked the user to arrowpointe.com for processing. The new version runs 100% on the Salesforce platform with no dependency on arrowpointe.com servers. The application functionality has been greatly improved and you can read about it on our website and the AppExchange.
How do I install it?
You can install the new version right over your existing install. Follow the install instructions for detailed steps.
How much does the new version cost and how do I buy it?
The new version costs $1 per user per month. License only the users that need it. Once you install the latest version, you can go to http://www.arrowpointe.com/buyvcard to purchase your licenses.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes, the new version will put you on a 60 day trial for 5 users. If you need more users for your trial, submit a Case after you have installed it. Please include your Salesforce Organization ID (found at Setup | Company Profile | Company Information) with your Case so we can easily locate your license.
