Auto vCard Privacy Policy

The Auto vCard Functionality submits data from Salesforce.com to the Arrowpointe servers using Salesforce.com Custom Links. The following information about your Lead or Contact is all contained within the URL string and sent to the Arrowpointe servers:

First Name
Last Name
Company
Title
Full Address (Street, City, State, Zip)
Phone
Fax
Mobile
Home Phone
Email
Website

This information is processed by the Arrowpointe servers for the purposes of generating the vCard file. Once the file has been generated and served up to the end user for download, the file is deleted from the servers.

Arrowpointe does keep a log of each time the Auto vCard functionality is executed. This log file contains:

Date and Time the Auto vCard functionality was executed
The IP Address the functionality was executed from
The full name of the contact that had a file generated for it. This helps us determine whether the file was generated through our AppExchange Test Drive.
